workshop experience designed to
produce fluency in the language of
wine, in just one day. Our one-of-a-
kind program features:
- A fast track agenda designed
and delivered by Ray Johnson,
author and assistant director
of the San Francisco
Chronicle's Wine Competition.
- Meeting sites in Sonoma, one
of the world’s top wine
producing regions
- A morning break, food and
wine pairings, and a vineyard
picnic lunch
- Transportation between
classroom sites and field sites
- A celebratory dinner at day's
end. Attendees take their
new expertise to a wine
country restaurant, and enjoy
dining with Sonoma’s finest
sommeliers.
Minimum of six participants.
Tuition is $675 per person with
dinner finale, $525 per person for
